In addition, we have an opening for an event/project chairperson and Recording Secretary for this year. This is a great way to get involved in your school! We would like to continue to have two (2) chairperson(s) per event. Attached is a list of activities for the year. Check your calendar and see which events you would like to be involved in. Come and share your time and talent with our school. You can make a difference! Sign-up sheets will be available during our Back to School Night on August 23rd for 6-8th Grade and September 6th for Pre-K through 5th Grade, where you can sign up to volunteer! The attached volunteer time sheet should be used to keep track of the hours that you volunteer. This sheet must be turned into the school office by the 5th of each month for the hours that you volunteered for the previous month. Each family has made the commitment to volunteer 20 hours a year in addition to at least one evening of Bingo. Reminder, a $15.00 charge will be applied for each hour that is not fulfilled.
