Holy Redeemer Catholic School invites application for admission from all students who embrace and support the philosophy of Catholic Education. All applicants will be reviewed with regard to age, maturity level, past academic performance, motivation and specific physical, physiological and academic needs. In every case, the school seeks to work closely with the parents to define the needs of the child. In preparation for registration to Holy Redeemer Catholic School, the following documents are required:

Official Registration Form of Holy Redeemer Catholic School.
Registration Fee (non-refundable once accepted at Holy Redeemer School).
Copy of Social Security Card and Social Security # on registration form.
Florida Physical Examination.
Proof of Immunization (all new students).
1. Students entering Pre - K and Kindergarten: Proof of Varicella Vaccine & Hepatitis B series.
2. Proof of Hepatitis B series, Tetanus-Diphtheria Booster and MMR vaccination (all in-coming students for: Kindergarten and Grade 7-8 who need the vaccine).
Copy of Birth Certificate.
Copy of Baptismal Certificate (required for all Catholic students).
Copy of Current Report Card.
Signature on Request for Student Information.
